Revenue Sol is owned and operated by Infinite Rankers LLC. Throughout these Terms, references to "Revenue Sol", "REVENUE SOL", "we", "us", or "our" refer to Revenue Sol, a product of Infinite Rankers LLC.
These Terms govern your use of the REVENUE SOL platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the service
You may use REVENUE SOL to manage communications and customer relationships for your own business. You are responsible for the content you send and for complying with applicable laws and the policies of connected providers (including Meta's WhatsApp and Instagram policies, and SMS/telecom regulations such as obtaining consent before messaging).
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to send spam, unlawful, or abusive content, or to violate any third-party platform's terms.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, REVENUE SOL is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
SMS & MMS communications
If you provide a mobile phone number and opt in, Revenue Sol (a product of Infinite Rankers LLC) or a Customer using the platform may send you SMS/MMS messages such as appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, invoice and payment links, review requests, and account or support notifications. Message types are described further in our Privacy Policy.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages, or HELP for assistance. SMS consent is never a condition of purchase.
Delivery is subject to the coverage and reliability of your wireless carrier; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by your carrier or device.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See the "SMS Communications" section of our Privacy Policy for full detail.
