When does my subscription start?
Your subscription starts immediately after Stripe confirms payment. We then create your organization and move your onboarding data into the paid workspace.
What is included in Starter?
Starter includes the CRM pipeline, unified SMS inbox and browser calling, email and social inboxes, calendar and booking, unlimited contacts, one user, one phone number, and 1,000 monthly AI credits. The AI Employee and AI receptionist require Professional or higher.
What are AI credits?
AI credits power your AI Employee. An AI reply or command uses 1 credit; a website knowledge sync uses 25. Every plan with AI Employee includes monthly credits, and you can buy one-time top-up packs (from $20 for 1,000) that never expire.
Do calls and texts cost extra?
You connect a supported communications provider such as Twilio or RingCentral. Carrier charges are billed under that provider's terms and are separate from the Revenue Sol subscription.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade instantly, downgrade at renewal, or cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of the period. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
